Order Process – 4 Easy Steps
- Once you have placed your order and deposit we shall submit your signed application to the Cemetery or Church for a Permit*.
- As soon as we have received the necessary permit, we shall take further payment and put your memorial into production.
- At this stage we shall email you the Inscription Layout.
- We currently aim to deliver/fix your memorial in a period of approximately 8 weeks following receipt of the permit and your final payment.

*It is important that you try to provide us with full contact details for the burial ground:
Full Name and Address of the Cemetery or Churchyard including telephone numbers (in the case of Churchyards, the vicar's phone number is really helpful).
For Cemeteries it is important that you provide us with the name of the Council or Parish Council that runs the burial ground.
Please also note that to safeguard your interests, manufacturing will not commence until full written permission has been given by the burial ground authority and received by us.
